The very first step is what is known as the Wu Liu Pai Broad Northern Method – this is the beginning of the direct pathway of the school, in other words the beginning of the main alchemical line of the Wu Liu Pai school. 

In this method we’ll be working on the extremely important, foundational qualities that we will be using for many years to come on the alchemical journey, as well as opening the body, preparing the channels for higher level alchemical work, releasing tension and working with the heart and the mind. Immediately at this level, profound inner change begins – change that will be noticeable in your daily life. 

As you immerse into practice, your body will naturally become stronger (but not in the western sense – you have to feel this difference to understand), your mind more focused and quieter, old pains start to weaken and a profound new clarity begins to emerge. 

As part of the extremely profound Wu Liu Pai school, this is normal – and yet, this is just the very first step of your alchemical journey.
